Our Shipping Commitment

At The Box Bark, we are dedicated to bringing high-quality products to you and your pups. To offer the best value, we ship our items directly from our specialized fulfillment centers to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Timelines

Every order consists of two phases:

• Processing: Orders are verified and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Transit Time: After dispatch, your order will arrive within 8–15 business days.

Note: "Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Total delivery time (Processing + Transit) typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.

2. Shipping Rates

We aim for transparency at checkout:

• Free Delivery: We are proud to offer Free Delivery on select items in our collection.

• Standard Shipping: For items that require shipping, a flat rate will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.

4. Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items (especially a mix of our free delivery items and paid shipping items), they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This allows us to get each item to you as fast as possible without extra cost to you.

5. Customs & Import Fees

The Box Bark is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
