  • Faulty or Damaged Items: In the event of a fault, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence to info@theboxbark.com immediately upon discovery. Verified faults will be eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Authorized Return Destination: For all returns, you must use our designated Royal Mail PO Box address provided by our support team. We do not accept returns sent to the manufacturer's address listed on the original packaging. Items sent to unauthorized addresses are not eligible for a refund.

  • Complimentary Returns: We are pleased to offer Free Returns for our UK customers. To qualify, you must follow the specific return instructions provided by our team.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or potential customs/import charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
